Therapeutic Massage - Massage sessions will be customized to focus on areas of concern expressed by clients. Customized massages include using long gliding and kneading strokes while also applying targeted deep pressure between muscle fibers and slight range of motion to relieve tension and pain. Bodywork will focus on muscles, myofascial tissue, tendons, and skin — using varying degrees of pressure, movement and/or cupping as a tool.
